3. GEMINI
Third Sign of the Zodiac.
Common Sign of the Air Triplicity.
Harmonic sign of the Intellectual Trinity.
I
Gemini is naturally quick, nervous, and very intelligent. In life, has many ups and downs, and many changes of occupation, profession, and residence.
II — PRECESSION OF THE EQUINOXES
Gemini showered the earth with cosmic rays from 6784-4627 B. C. This was an Air Age, and the last Golden Age that mankind has known. At this time, man reached his peak of culture and scientific development, being far ahead of anything we know at the present time in invention, scientific development and culture. War was unknown. Since they were so highly developed, they experimented with atom bombs in the bowels of the earth, with disastrous consequences. Great explosions caused the sinking of Atlantis and Lemuria, and the destruction of Mongolia, the three greatly advanced nations of that Age; and thus man had to start from scratch once more, in the taurean Age that followed.
Ill — NATURE, CHARACTER and PERSONALITY
Although self-centered, Gemini is popular, kind, sympathetic and understanding. The love-nature is purely mental and neighborly. Gemini makes a wonderful companion, is very adaptable, and always wishes to please.
Being very intelligent, grasps knowledge eagerly, and then passes it on to others.
Very clever in speech, he is a master of words and a walking encyclopedia; he asks many questions. But he is often shallow, due to a scattering of interests, and lack of concentration.
His will-power is weak, and he may be shy, excitable and worrisome. He is often inconstant, superficial and irritable.
The above is varied by the placement of the Moon.
WITH THE MOON IN ARIES ... has an active intelligence, with prompt decision, but is too positive.

Tall, slender, lanky, with broad shoulders.
His head is long and narrow between the ears. His forehead is high, broad at the temples. His hair is fine, thin, smooth and brown.
His ears stand out from the head, and form a direct line with the jaw and the chin.
His face is pale, long and oval; the eyes are hazel; the long narrow nose has a curved tip; the upper lip protrudes, and the weak chin recedes.
His expression is bird-like, penetrating, observing. His neck is slender and sinewy. His fingers are long and slender.
V — OCCUPATION
Gemini is nimble of hand, and his sense of touch is keen. He enjoys travel and movement; but any occupation that ties him down at home is very trying.

He is much better suited to a professional life than a business one.

VII - HOW GEMINI MATES WITH OTHER SIGNS
WITH ARIES . . . very interesting and inspiring
TAURUS . . . good (see Chapter II, page 21).
GEMINI . . . not best; have a mutuality of interests, but it would pall because of the lack of diversion, and the lack of purpose in life.
CANCER . . . good: though Gemini is gregarious, while Cancer is shy and discreet; though Gemini makes friends in a minute and forgets them in the next, while Cancer is a loyal friend and respects everyone's privacy, they can enjoy the relationship, for opposites often attract each other; and Gemini, who loves to talk, could not wish for a better audience than Cancer, who is an ideal listener. And there is a child hidden in •every Gemini, that loves to be mothered, coddled and comforted by a person like Cancer.
LEO ... a good combination. Both are good hosts, love good company, praise and admiration. Leo loves to play Lord Bountiful, which impresses Gemini, who is actor and observer in one. Both are self-centered, and understand each other.
